There is never a dull moment in them.
I trully have to say that these books have been the best i’ve ever read.

    And i’m glad I found them. :)

  14. Do anyone know when the entire second season of True Blood (based on Living dead in Dallas) will be released on DVD?
I just get finish with the 8th book. I can’t wait for the 9th : Dead and Gone.

Do will be a 10th book of this series ?

My first language is French and I have a lot a deception with French version of Sookie Stackhouse books. The translation doesn’t seem gracious, something missing … I decided to read all of them in English, that was a great experience.

I don’t think the True Blood Season 2 DVD release date has been revealed yet but you can definitely put in your pre-order at Amazon.com

As for the books, yes, there will definitely be a 10th book. As a matter of fact, Charlaine Harris recently signed a contract to write 3 more books for the series.

  15. Yikes! Going crazy! I received these from my mom (1,2,3,4,5,6, and 8, no 7!)and SERIOUSLY read a book every 24 hours. I couldnt wait to get seven, so I skipped ahead to 8. Now I’m fiending for the rest. Charlaine can’t stop writing these! I can’t imagine a life where I don’t have another Stackhouse book to look forward to!

  17. This fellow likes the books, and I agree with him, although I don’t understand why he only gave them two stars out of five after saying pretty positive things about the series.

I have to say I loved the first two books but I have fallen in love with the couple bill and sookie. I am just discouraged that they are not together in the rest of the series.

  21. I had no idea that the show was based on a series at all. Truly amazing. I have always found the book is much better than the show / movie. I’m going to go and get the first one and see if this holds true for true blood.

I am also a big fan of the True Blood serie and cant wait to see all the things that are different from the book to the TV. I was wondering, A friend of mine can only read french, what would be the french version of it? for some reason it seems really hard to find. Thanks!
