New Fantasy for 2012: Keire with Curiosity Quills

Paranormal Romance author Vicki Keire has been very successful with her Angel’s Edge series, a three book series set in the fictional town of Whitfield. The stories revolve around a group of characters who struggle with the actions and reactions of angels, spirits and all kinds of paranormal creatures in their little town.

The first two books, Gifts of Blood and Darkness in the Blood were launched in January of 2011, along with the third book in the paranormal trilogy Blood Redemption. All three books have met with a very positive response across the web from readers and reviewers alike.

Among the New Fantasy for 2012 is a deal inked with Curiosity Quills that will include the trilogy along with 4 new titles from the author. The first is a serialized novella called Daughter of Glass that will center on the life of Whitfield Mayor’s daughter Sasha Alexander.  In it she is constantly finding the need to circumvent the set of seven guardians, powerful beings who are looking to control her emotions. Mixed in is a mysterious gentleman whose very presence runs the risk of upsetting her world’s precarious balance.

In addition to the Daughter of Glass series, she will be writing a new trilogy called The Chronicle of Nowhere. The first book in the series follows the dreams of Chloe Burke, where she watches her world burn to ash and together with a strange boy that also peoples her dreams she looks to find dangerous secrets. In Worlds Burn Through these dreams will mean the salvation of her world through secrets in its past she must recover.

Shadowed Ground and Forsaken Fire will follow this first book of the series in the coming year. Curiosity Quills founders Lisa Gus and Eugene Tepitsky are excited to have New Fantasy for 2012 including having signed Vicki Keire to the fledgling company which just opened its doors this past June. A company founded by writers for writers, CQ is looking forward to building a stable of high-quality e-book titles in the years to come.
