It Happened: Sookie and Eric Have Sex!

Yes, in the closing scene in tonight’s episode of True Blood Episode 6: I Wish I Was The Moon, Sookie and Eric have sex in the woods under the full moon. Eric was about to be sentenced to die at the hands of Bill, the Vampire King of Louisina, but after Eric gave such a heartfelt speech about loving Sookie and wanting Sookie to be happy, Bill let him go.

After he’s freed he finds Sookie, who was in the woods chasing after her brother Jason, who thought he was doomed to turn into a werepanther. He approaches her, kisses her and soon after, the hot sex scene begins.

Meanwhile Bill, standing outside as well, has a quiet, reflective moment. I’m sure he’s thinking about some of the things Eric said, namely, that he was okay with dying since he’d die knowing what it felt like being loved. I’m sure he’s also thinking that by letting him free, Eric and Sookie will definitely get together. Poor Bill, he has to make lots of tough decisions as the King. But it’s clear he’s still the wonder southern gentlemen he’s always been.

Anyway, it’s been much anticipated and I’m glad I got to see Eric and Sookie’s sex scene. It wasn’t very explicit (by True Blood standards that is) but there was plenty shots of naked Eric from the back.

Aah, I wonder what I’ll be dreaming about tonight . . . .
